Answer: 78.5 feet squared for short answer

Explanation:

If the diameter is 10 feet, then the radius is half of that, or 5 feet. feet squared is the EXACT answer, and we surely didn't need a calulator for this one. However, a real world answer is probably more appropriate if you were trying to measure the area. So the area of our trampoline is about 78.5 feet squared.
