Volume of big cylinder = pi * r^2 * h

small cylinder has a radius half the lenght of big cylinder, so height is also half of the big cylinder, since they are similar

so volume of small cylinder= pi * (r/2)^2 * h/2 = (pi * r^2 *h)/8= 1206/8= 150.75
