The excretory system eliminates waste from the body. And it includes the kidneys which are part of the urinary system and the digestive system such as the small and large intestines and liver. We eliminate waste by urination and defecation.

The function of the excretory system is to remove waste from the body, or any unnecessary materials not kept by storage functions. It is important because it helps maintain homeostasis within organisms

Organs that this system includes are the skin, the kidneys, the large intestines, the liver, and the lungs.
