Do sanitizers work for all people as tools to kill viruses? Explain how effective they are and times when they may not work as well.

Yess yes they do because sanitizer kill 99% of all bacteria but the extra 1 percent is the good bacteria so you don’t kill. That but it’s not guaranteed you won’t get sick
