C ! a straight line indicates that y is equal (greater than or equal to, less than or equal to, or just equal in general) to something which eliminates answers A& D. the reason y is less than or equal to in the question is because the portion shaded is under the line (if it was greater than, the shaded portion would be above the line). Lastly, the slope can be found by using the saying rise over run. You would find a point on the graph, in this case (0, 0.2), and find the distance to the next point, in this case (3,2.2). If you start at the first point and go up two units then over 3 units you will reach the next point which means the slope is 2/3 because the line is going up 2 over 3 to each point every time (up, over—>rise over run). hope this helps!!
