Ronald is deep-sea diving with Isabella, who is to the south of him. A fish emerges from a hole to the east of Isabella. The fish swims 76 feet to Isabella and then swims 57 feet to Ronald. The fish then swims back to its hole and disappears. How far did the fish travel in all? feet

Answer: 266ft

Explanation:


So, if it swims to Isabella that’s 76 ft and then to Ronald which is then another 57 ft. So it’s now 76 ft+57 ft = 133ft, Now using context clues it says how much the fish traveled in total which means we also have to add how much ft it has to swim back to its area. So then it would be 133ft + 133ft = 266ft might be incorrect ‍♀️
