I'd say President Trump. His Coronavirus relief program is to pretty much open the economy early. The problem with this, however, is that he's trading lives for currency. I really don't think that's acceptable. Also, he can't use his executive powers to get ventilators for dying men and women, but he can use them to open up meat plants? That's just not right.
