So rewriting in factored form:

x-3)(
x-9)

so now you have to simplify it using the formula
y=
ax^(2)
+
bx-c

y=
x^(2)-
12x+
27

so with this formula
x=(-b)/(2a) we can find the x coordinate


x=(-(-12))/(2(1))

and the answer would be 6
