p = -2q
Explanation:
Given
There is no solution.
Slopes are equal
px + 4y = 10
4y = -px + 10
y = -p/4 + 5/2
qx - 2y = 1
2y = qx - 1
y = q/2 - 1/2
Equating the slopes
-p/4 = q/2
-p = 2q
p = -2q
