Explanation:

Percent Decrease = ( ( Starting Value - Final Value ) / Starting Value ) * 100

So 672,000-630000 = 42,000

42,000 / 672,00 = 0.0625

Finally multiply by 100 soooooo 0.0625 * 100 = 6.25%
