S = 4*π* r^2

We know the volume V = 288*π cubic meters.

V = (4/3)*π*r^3

288*π = (4/3)π*r^3

Solve for r.

(3/4)*288 = r^3

r = 6 meters

S = 4 *π*6^2 = 4*36 * π = 144 π cubic meters
