The ocean influences weather and climate by storing solar radiation, and distributing heat and moisture around the globe, and driving weather systems. Most of the heat from the sun is absorbed by the water and that is what primarily cause change in climate. Ocean water is constantly being evaporated. The evaporated ocean water causes rain and other bad weather and distribute heat around the globe.
