1/10 is 0.1 in decimal form and 1/7 is 0.14 in decimal form
0.01 isn't between 0.1 and 0.14
0.25 is bigger than both 0.1 and 0.14
0.5 is larger than 0.1 and 0.15
So, option b is your answer
