Answer: Outside the triangle

Explanation:

Because one of the angles has a measure greater than 90 degrees, we know that the triangle must be obtuse. Therefore, the circumcenter must fall outside the triangle because in an obtuse triangle, the circumcenter is always located outside of the triangle.
