Your answer is y = -2/7x + 1/7

Firstly, remove 2x from each side, to bring it to the right side of the equation.

2x + 7y = 1 ---> 7y = -2x +1

Then, just divide it all by 7.

7y = -2x +1 ---> y = -2/7x + 1/7

You've got your answer!
