I'm torn. I don't know which side to choose, but I have to, soon. I'm not ready. My home and family are with the confederacy, but I share beliefs with the union. I have to choose but what will it cost when I do? Fighting for my beliefs (the union) would mean fighting friends, neighbors, and even family.
