Look my friend , with this question is't pretty simple and doesn't need to get an explanation on , but for the sake of helping ....

we know that the measure of an angle formed by two intercepting chords is half the measure of the intercepting angles so for e.g.

You have a circle like the one shown .... what you do is add X ( arc AC) to arc BD which is equal to 112 and then divide by two to get angle AEC so we can write / express as an equation

0.5X+112/2=70

0.5x=14

x= 28...... eZ bro just do a bit of research
