solution

here x is height of height of the tower

we apply here sin(θ) to get the height of tower that is

sinθ =
(CB)/(AC) .................1

put here value and we get

sin 38 =
(x)/(200)

0.61566 =
(x)/(200)

solve it we get

x = 123.132 ft

so height of the tower is 123.132 ft
