It’s the image with 2 open dots on the y=3 line. The first inequality demonstrates less than or equal to -3, meaning the dot will be closed. The second one tells us that both of the dots will be open. The third one tells us the dot will be closed. All of them lie on their designated Y value so that’s not too much of a concern here, it’s mainly the inequalities you should focus on. hope this helped :)
