Athalie Range realized that many schools in poor neighborhood did not have a proper drinking water like the schools in bigger areas have even though both subsidized by the government. The water drinking fountains in poor neighborhood tend to be too hot to drink and the fact that the pipes laid on top of ground made the quality of the water became questionable.

She managed to bring this issue to the local government along with other voters from Parent Teacher Association in the local communities and eventually managed to fix this problem.
