A sequence of 3 numbers like these can make a right triangle if the numbers
a,b,c form a Pythagorean triple.

When does this happen?
(a,b,c) is a Pythagorean triple if
a^2+b^2=c^2, where
a,b are the 2 smaller of the 3 numbers.

Among these options, only (3, 4, 5) and (6, 8, 10) are Pythagorean triples.
