Is this a one solution, no solution or infinite solution 6(x-1) = 2(3x-2)

This equation would have no solutions.

This is because if we expand the brackets we get:

6(x - 1) = 2(3x - 2)
6x - 6 = 6x - 4

And it is not possible for this to be true because it states that subtracting 6 from a number gives the same result as subtracting 4 from that number, which is not true. Therefore there are no .
