I think the term "sexual harassment" is meaningless. I mean, at what point does "flirting" or "complimenting" automatically become "harassment?" Is one minute of flirting harassment? Ten minutes? Thirty? If there is no precise point at which persistence becomes "harassment," then sexual harassment does not exist!

Answer:

I think sexual harassment refers to if you (the person being harassed) feel tour being violated or harassed in anyway

Step-by-step explanation:

i don't believe it should be time wise but I mean harass is the basis of annoyment over a repeated period of times so if that person feels there being violated then it's harassment in my opinion
