A used car lot sold 40 minivans last month, along with 60 other vehicles. Considering this data, how many of the next 85 vehicles sold should you expect to be minivans?

Answer: 34

Since 40 minivans were sold out of a total of 100 cars, you can assume 40% of cars sold will be minivans. If you multiply 85 by .4 you get 34 minivans to be sold out of 85.
