PN = MQ

PQ = MN

Which means opposite sides of the figure are equal in length, making it a parallelogram

Answer:

In my opinion i would go with the first option

because I noticed that the last part of the answer said that both parts of the opposite sides are congruent and the first answer had all the requirements needed,...hope this helps~
