How can I write, what problems does my everyday monster cause, who does it affect, and how can it be solved? In a third person view, I am just going to talk about my stress but how would I write it in a third person view?

Answer:

change "my" to "their"

Step-by-step explanation:

This is the easiest way to change it to third person. Changing the one word makes it look as if you were writing about someone else, even if it is about you.
