plzz helpppp: Explain the political, engineering, and medical difficulties that the United States had to overcome in order to build the Panama Canal.

Answer:

The US had to get it cleared with ppl of higher authority and they had to hire ppl who were extremely talented in engineering and finally, people got hurt while the canal was being built so it was the governments responsibility to pay for medical bills. Message me on here if u still dont get it.
