Is this equivalent 15 – (9 ÷ x) and 15 – (x ÷ 9)

No, 15-(9/x) and 15-(x/9) are not the same. You cannot just flip a division sign and expect it to work

Answer: yes they are equivalent

Explanation:

No matter how the number is placed in the equation if it is the same numbers they are equivalent
