It fully depends on what job. Some jobs require your home address, such as shipping companies. (UPS, FedEx) The social security number should be required, because it tracks how many years of employment. Though, it is a card used by the government.

The request of religion should never be required, as this is personal info that could cause harm to the employee, due to disagreements. Whether you are married shouldn't be in this, either. It is again, personal and shouldn't matter.
