26 because 3x2 is 6 then add 6+5 and then multiply your 11 by 2 to get 22 and then add the 4 to finally get 26

The answer is 26 because you need to multiply 3 and 2 which equals 6 and then u add the 5 to that which equal 11 and then you multiply that by 2 which equals 22 and then add 4 to that which equals 26
