They were striped from their citizenship, German Jews were excluded from a host of high profile vacations, radio, going to the movie theatre, public office, journalism, film, teaching, even farming. Shops would have “Hews Not Welcome” signs. With the Nuremberg laws, these discriminatory actions s became embedded in the culture by fiat, making them more far-reaching. They were also forbidden to marry “Aryans”
