The liver digest food by producing bile to brake down fats, removing toxins and braking down and storing some vitamins and minerals. The pancreas produces enzymes to help break down protein, fats and carbohydrates. ..When needed bile passes I the small intestine, where it brakes down fat.

Answer:

Liver has over 250 functions, whereas pancreas has few functions. • Liver produces the bile, whereas pancreas produces the pancreatic juice. • Pancreas is made up of clusters of cells (acini and pancreatic islets) while liver is made up of hepatocytes, bile canaliculi, and hepatic sinusoids.

Hope This Helped!
