Okay so to turn 7/8 into a decimal you need to do long division by dividing 7 by 8.
- By doing that you are able to get 0.875 as the decimal.
Now to get the percent you simply move the decimal point two decimal places.
- By doing that your percent value should be 87.5%.
7/8 as a decimal would be 0.875 and as a percent would be 87.5%.
