Answer and Explanation:

Mr. Connors should advise the students against making fun of their younger ones as this could lead to bullying them. On the contrary he should advise them to encourage and teach them and carry them along. In the case with the younger student, he wasn't aware his books were falling off and so the older students should be taught to help their younger ones and not bully and always fun of them because they are older and stronger.
