Usually when the author uses Repetition, they are making a point. They are trying to make a clear statement or prove a point to the reader. Sometimes the part that is repeated is the title of the writing. When the author uses repetition, the feels that he/she needs to get his/her feelings out about something. And that they’re trying to make a statement. The tone is what the author is feeling and when the author uses repetition, the author is making a loud statement clear for the reader to understand.
