- What does it mean to achieve the "American Dream” today? AND/OR - What

groups of people may have been left out of achieving the "American Dream" in
the 1950's and 1960's?

The groups of people left out of the American Dream in the 50’s and 60’s were minorities, more specifically African American’s that lived at the time. There was still a lot of racial inequalities and racism going around so it was much more difficult for them to achieve this “American Dream” as they were often in the Lower Class struggling.
