The eqn of circle passing through centre is

x^2+y^2=r^2

Since,it passes through the point(0,10) replace the value of x by 0 and y by 10...

0^2+10^2=r^2

or,100=r^2

therefore,

r=10

The eqn of circle is x^2+y^2=10....
