Answer:

100% of breathing. When you breathe or you talk your voice or breath should come from your diaphram which is in your stomach area and not your chest. If you practice breathing from your stomach/diaphram it is much healthier for you as that is how we used to breathe when we were born. As we get older we are inluenced to breathe through our chest.
