How much would it cost to buy a stall for selling chat and pani puri and put it in a mall (including the mall's rent) how much would it cost to hire an employ to work at that stall for 10 hours every day please be more specific

Let’s say the employee gets payed 10.50 minimum and maximum 13.75 selling the pani puri will cost lest say 5$ each one and putting in a mall will cost 1000$ to open a business each month for the rent and the business will go bad.
