Given:

Line of the graph

To find:

Equation of the line

Solution:

Take any two points on the graph of the line.

Let the points are (0, 3) and (3, 0).

Slope of the line:

$m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

Here,
x_1=0, y_1=3, x_2=3, y_2=0

$m=(0-3)/(3-0)

$m=(-3)/(3)

m = -1

b = y-intercept

y-intercept of the graph is the point which x = 0.

y-intercept is 3 when x = 0.

b = 3

Equation of a line:

y = mx + b

y = -1(x) + 3

y = -x + 3

The equation of the line is y = -x + 3.
