Area of a trapezoid flat land = 1400mi ^2

Explanation:

Area of a trapezoid is easy to remember

= shaped front face = house with sloped sides flat roof.

bases actually are the parellel lines, which we add.

290 mi + 410 = 700 (non slope)

Then we multiply the height of the slope = 20 x 700 (with the non slope squarer shape) 20 x 700 = 1400mi ^2
