5. The perimeter of a rectangle is 160 metres.

(i) If x = the length, write down (in terms of x)
an expression for the width.
(ii) If the area of this rectangle is 1,536 m^2,
find its dimensions.​

X=length y=width
(i) If p= 2x+2y then: y= (160-2x)/2= 80-x
(ii) If A= x*y then: 1536= x*(80-x) <=> 1536= 80x-(x^2)
