What makes these rhyming couplets

I’m not sure what you mean...but a rhyming couplet is when there is two successive lines which rhyme and have the same meter. For example, a somewhat famous couplet is “Double, double, toil and trouble; Fire burn and cauldron bubble.”

...I’m not sure if this helps...
