ANSWER: CONSTITUTIONAL MONARCHY WITH DEMOCRATIC PARLIAMENTARY FORM OF GOVERNMENT.

EXPLANATION: Lesotho is practicing CONSTITUTIONAL MONARCHY with DEMOCRATIC PARLIAMENTARY form of government.

However, in this form of government, the king serves as the head of state (having council of chiefs) but bound by the constitution with no active role in political engagements.

Whereas, the prime minister is head of government and vested with executive powers. The prime minister has the power to appoints a cabinet. They have two chambers of legislative arm (the national assembly and the senate).
