Explanation:

First, you want to plug in the numbers you do know to the equation Y=mx+b

3 = -3(1) +B

Then multipy -3 x 1, and move it to the other side so it looks like:

3+3=B

Then format it without the X and Y plugged in so it would be

Y=-3x+6
