Why do you think so many people can’t maintain their exercise schedule year after year?

Answer: Because maintaining an exercise schedule takes time and commitment, and sometimes people may stop because they do not see results quickly, or perhaps they decide to take one day off, but that day turns into multiple days, then weeks, then they think about starting again but thinking that it is too late. These are just a few possibilities.
