If the whole stick of butter is cut into 6 pieces, and you can use one of those 6 pieces of butter per omelet, you can make 6 omelets with one stick of butter. Now, you have 12 sticks of butter, and you can make 6 omelets with each. 12 x 6= 72. I believe u can make 72 omelets in all.
