George Washington’s presidency would become an example for future presidents of the United States. He would be the role model and demonstrate how the country should be run. For example, he ran only two terms and stopped afterwards. This became an example for many future presidents afterward until FDR ran for four terms and they made an amendment saying two terms is the max. George washington’s presidency would ultimately be the kickstarter to the young country and the future ahead.
