Lee is the fastest runner because if you divide 6300 by 30 minutes then you get 210. To find how long Kai will run in an hour you have to divide 6.3 kilometers by 45 minutes and yet you get a total of 0.14. After that you times 0.14 by 1 hour and get a total of 0.09
