I have a problem and i don't understand how to solve it it's showing:

y=1/3x-4
y=-6

I don't understand what to do help.

y = -6

and y =1 / 3x -4

let's put y = -6

-6 = 1/3x -4

-6+4 = 1/3x

-2= 1/3x

-6x = 1

therefore x = -1/6
